The daily uniform:

Our core uniform changes twice as students move through the school.

FS1 to Year 2
Wear the white DIS polo, chosen for the youngest years because it is easy to manage independently. Boys wear green shorts or trousers, girls choose between the green skort, trousers or the green tartan dress. A green pullover or cardigan completes it.
Year 3 to Year 6
Move up to the white shirt or blouse, worn with green trousers, a green knee skirt, or optional green shorts.
Year 7 to Year 11
Wear the same white shirt or blouse with green trousers or knee skirt. It is the uniform our students wear through their IGCSE years, and it carries the weight of a Secondary school phase.

Years 12 and 13
Our students in Years 12 and 13 do not wear school uniform. Having reached the final stage of their school journey, they come to campus in their own clothes, in line with the school’s dress guidance. What they do wear is the DIS Leavers’ jacket. The design is refreshed for each graduating cohort, with the jacket and sleeve colour changing year to year against a striped knit collar, cuffs and waistband. This year’s cohort chose navy blue with cream sleeves.

Each jacket is personalised: Across the top of the back sits the student’s name or nickname, with their graduating year printed beneath it. The DIS crest is on the left chest, and their country flag on one arm. Students holding dual nationality can add a second flag.

Beyond the daily uniform

PE kit
Our PE kit is unisex and worn across all year groups: the black, green and white DIS shirt with the school name across the back, shorts, black track pants for cooler months, a black and green jacket, and white socks. Practical enough for morning training, fixtures after school and everything in between.

House kit
Four Houses, four colours. Tahr green, Falcon blue, Oryx red and Saluki yellow, each with its own PE shirt and matching baseball cap.

Worn on sports days, at House competitions and whenever the school splits into colours.

Swimming kit
Swimming runs through the PE programme across the year, in both temperature-controlled pools.

Students need the DIS swimsuit or jammers and a DIS swim cap, available from Threads with the rest of the range.
