DIS is fully accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) http://www.cois.org/ and has been observed by overseas assessors as part of the accreditation process. The CIS accreditation stamp is recognised as the most important seal of approval from an awarding body for international schools across the world, endorsing the provision of high quality education we provide to our students.
The fundamental premise of the accreditation programme is that an educational institution must be evaluated in terms of the CIS Standards for Accreditation and the degree to which the school is putting its own philosophy and objectives into practice. Accredited schools are subject to regular monitoring through routine progress reports and visits.
We are delighted to report that CIS assessors visited our school this year for a 5-year CIS review and were very impressed with all aspects of the school.
