The term “Internationalism” is understood within the DIS community of staff, students and parents to include:

DIS values the diversity of cultures and knowledge that students bring with them into the classroom. International Day and the UAE National Day are just two of the important celebrations involving the whole school community.
Each term parents are invited to attend Director's Coffee meeting. They have the opportunity to discuss school issues. ask questions to the Director and find out what is going on in the school. The aim of our Director's Coffee Meetings is to have in place an additional forum for communication of parents.
